Welcome to the family of Enchanting Paws cat owners and lovers! We hope you have many years of health and happiness with your new cat. We’re honored to have you choose us as the breeders of your new family member. We hope that you will keep us up to date with photos of your new cat, and reach out with any concerns you may have.

This is an important document. You should not sign it unless you are aware of what it contains and understand each part of its requirements, and unless you are prepared to follow its stipulations and what we ask of you as an owner.

1. This Breed Cat Sales Contract (hereinafter referred to as the Contract) is entered into by and between the seller of the cat (hereinafter referred to as Seller) and the buyer of the cat (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer). The object of sales is a breed cat (hereinafter referred to as the Cat).

2. The parties agree that the subject matter of this Contract is defining the rights and obligation of the Buyer and Seller during Cat’s life.

3. The cat is sold as follows:

Terms and Conditions:

The cat leaves the litter when it is 12 weeks old or upon completion of its vaccination. The balance amount of AED --- will be settled by the buyer upon kitten collection. If the buyer, for whatever reason, decides not to continue with the purchase of the cat, the deposited amount will be FORFEITED.

A boarding fee of AED 50.00 per day will be charged if the cat is not collected within one week from the agreed release date.

Kitten delivery is free of charge within Dubai and Sharjah only. A charge of 250 AED will apply for deliveries to other emirates. For international transport, all expenses and necessary procedures will be covered by the buyer.
4. The Seller and the Buyer have agreed that the Cat is sold as pet, and the Buyer will neuter or spay it by 8th month of life. The altering costs are the sole responsibility of the Buyer and will receive WCF pedigree after procedure is confirmed by licensed veterinarian.
Rights and obligation of the Seller
5. The Seller hereby confirms the following:​
- ​​The Cat’s birth is registered at WCF and the Cat is eligible for WCF pedigree.

The Cat’s father (Sire) is registered at WCF – World Cat Federation and has WCF pedigree.

The Cat’s mother (Dam) is registered at WCF – World Cat Federation and has WCF pedigree.

6. The Seller hereby confirms that the Cat is able to eat solid food, it is vaccinated and micro-chipped. Note: Vaccinations covered by the Seller are listed below.

7. The Seller will provide ownership transfer document and Cat’s health record book.

8. The Seller will help and advice the Buyer on adaptation of the Cat in new environment, also on care, feeding and training of the Cat.

9. The Seller reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the Buyer remains unresponsive for a month or longer. In such cases, the advance deposit will also be considered forfeited.
10. The Seller is not responsible for cats lost or stolen after acceptance by the Buyer.
Rights and obligation of the Buyer
11. Obligation of the Buyer is to ensure that they will provide for the Cat’s care, health and shelter according to local animal welfare acts.

12. The Buyer will allow the Seller to gain insight into the fulfillment of the provisions of this Contract, and to respond to a request for written information.

13. The Buyer is obliged not to abandon, re-home or re-sell the Cat to another party without the written consent of the Seller.

14. The Buyer is obliged to inform the Seller without delay of following:

The Cat’s tough, infectious disease, disappearance, deceasing, etc.,

The Cat’s change of residence,
-
Inability to provide and care for the Cat.

15. The Buyer will be responsible to any other vaccinations, tests, and other documentations.
Final provision and remarks
16. The Buyer hereby confirms that at the moment of sale he checked the Cat and documentation and he believes that the Seller has fulfilled the provisions of this Contract.

17. This Contract is executed and signed in two copies, the Seller retains one copy and the Buyer retains one copy.
